We launched Lord of the Bricks in November 2024 and have since grown into an established BrickLink seller in Switzerland, always striving to provide excellent quality and fast service to our customers.
To ensure transparency and a smooth buying experience, we operate according to the following shop standards:
New Bricks Only
We offer primarily new LEGO® parts, sourced directly from LEGO sets. All parts are unused and in new condition. Due to production and packaging processes, minor surface marks or slight color variations may occur. In rare cases, clearly identified used parts may also be offered.
Delivery Time
Although we operate our BrickLink store as a hobby in our spare time, we strive for fast order processing. Orders are normally shipped the day after payment is received. Larger orders with many lots may require an additional 2–3 business days for processing.
Packaging
All items are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely. If any parts are damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately—ideally with photos of the unopened packaging or the damaged items. We will do our best to arrange a replacement. Please note that there is no general entitlement to compensation for lost shipments.
